I need shoes, earrings,
00:05
wait, hold on to my belt,
00:11
to everything. Oh my God.
00:13
Shoes the tray, the tray.
00:17
Oh my God. This is too much.
00:19
It's too early for this.
00:21
I'm stressed out, ma'am.
00:22
The phone, the r they're real.
00:24
They won't be my mic Jenny.
00:28
Do you love being screamed at by TS A agents at five
00:31
in the morning for not reading their mind?
00:34
No, me either.
00:37
Well, those days are over the Transportation Security Administration which stands
00:43
for TS A Yes,
00:45
that's what that means is a travel service association.
00:49
Cassy, Cassy Transportation Security Administration has introduced a new virtual self
00:54
screening technology at Harry Reid Airport in Las Vegas.
00:57
The new technology is under testing and set to officially launch on
01:02
March 11th. That's in a few days.
01:05
It involves a virtual agent on a screen asking passengers questions,
01:12
eliminating the need for TS a agents to be in person.
01:16
So someone's gonna be screaming at me like from a t from
01:19
from a monitor or something.
01:20
Do you think it's gonna be like someone working from home?
01:23
Like a robot? I,
01:24
I don't know, I guess we'll have to wait and see
01:27
what pisses me off the most though is that ts a agents
01:32
expect everyone to be familiar with the procedures.
01:35
Like we're supposed to know,
01:37
like, like our mom is like,
01:38
go, like, you already know what to do around the
01:41
house. Like, no,
01:42
that's what that's, and then you have like new travelers,
01:45
you know what I mean?
01:45
Who have no idea what to do.
01:47
But I don't know,
01:48
maybe getting screamed at,
01:48
by a monitor is gonna be better than getting screamed at in
01:52
person. You have to wait and see.
01:57
it kind of scares me because it's like,
01:58
I feel like in person it's more security,
02:01
like, like, I don't know,
02:04
but we'll have to wait and see.
02:05
Nadia Sala's sister.
